My Tender Whole Beef Brisket is smoked to order...made fresh! The Brisket has the perfect smoke ring and is tender and juicy! Please allow us one week to prepare and ship your order. All Beef Briskets are vacuumed sealed and frozen for freshness and shipped in an insulated package with cold packs. Just reheat it in the oven on 275 degrees until it's hot! Heating instructions are provided within your package.
